Dale Trusheim

Assistant Provost for Institutional Research and Assessment

Dale Trusheim

The primary responsibility of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment is to enhance institutional effectiveness by providing systematic, objective, and accurate research in support of the College's goals, planning, and decision-making. Dale is responsible for collecting and analyzing institutional and other data to support institutional management and operations. He conducts special studies and survey analyses, and supports assessment and program evaluation processes through the provision of resources and data. Dale's office maintains Washington College compliance with the external reporting requirements of the Federal Government and the State of Maryland, and coordinates the dissemination of consistent information to external organizations. Dale received his Bachelor's Degree from Washington College and has a Ph.D. in the Sociology of Education from the University of Delaware.
